3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 T. molasses
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients (I use my mixer). Shape batter into small balls. Roll in extra sugar. Bake at 350º for about 15 min. Cookies will flatten out and crackle all over!
