Large Loaf:
1 c. milk
2 T butter or margarine
2 diced jalapeno chilies
2/3 c. grated jalapeno cheese1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. granulated sugar
3 c. bread flour
2-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Add milk, butter, chilies, cheese, salt, sugar, flour and yeast to bread machine and press Start.

When preparing fresh chilies, wear rubber gloves for protection against oils that later can cause burning sensation on skin.
