1-1 ½ sticks of butter
5 cloves garlic
Handful basil
1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
Fresh button mushrooms, sliced
¼ Cup Sherry
Corn Starch
Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter, until frothy
2. Add garlic, sauté until aromatic
3. Add shrimp, cook until pink
4. Add mushrooms, sauté
5. Add Sherry, sauté
6. Mix corn starch with cold water, whisk
7. Add to pan to thicken sauce
8. Add basil
9. Serve over toast points
