3 cups cooked rice 3 cups milk 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup raisins 2 Tbls. butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 3 eggs beaten
Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole dish or individual custard dishes. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until set in the middle. Sometimes it is good to put dish of water in oven for moisture. Or put dishes in water bath.
