Boston butt roast
liquid smoke
BBQ rub
season salt
3 bay leaves
onion

Directions:
Directions:
Fork meat outside to tenderize. Sprinkle each side with liquid smoke. Rub BBQ rub into the meat. Rub in season salt and put in a slow cooker. Add water and bay leaves. Quarter the onion and place on top of the roast. Cover with lid and cook for 3 hours. Pull meat and put BBQ sauce over it. Serve
