1 lb. stew meat, rolled in flour mix
3 T flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash garlic powder
2 T vegetable oil
bay leaf
onion
potatoes
carrots, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil and put in pan. Cover with water. Add bay leaf, Cook 1-1/2 hours. Add more water when needed. Add onions, potatoes, carrots, etc. Cook until vegetables are tender. Sometimes I add a pint of canned tomatoes - celery- turnip, parsnip. cabbage, broccoli (anything I have in my vegetable bin.)
