Ingredients:  
3 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 C sugar
1 C butter, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add butter and cut into dry ingredients with a pastry blender.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined. Form into ball

Chill 4 hours, or overnight

Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. dough will be tacky. Sprinkle flour generously.

Bake at 375º for 8-9 minutes
