6 cups flour, 1 lb shortening, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, 2 tbsps. vinegar, water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour. Add salt. In a cup, beat an egg, stir in vinegar and fill cup with water and stir. Gradually add egg mixture to flour mixture. Roll out pastry and cut out rounds for tart or place in pie tin as is.
