1/3 c. dry red wine, or red wine vinegar
2 T fresh garlice, minced
2 tsp. cracked black peppercorns
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wine, garlic, and peppercorns. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Makes about 1 cup (enough for 4 steaks, 6 kebabs or 1 large chuck steak or roast).
