1 or 2 sliced potatoes
1/2 cup instant rice
1 lb. hamburger (salt & pepper to taste)
1 sliced onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased shallow baking dish, place in layers of potatoes, rice, hamburger, onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Bake at 375 for at least l hour.
