2 ½ cup flour 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup sugar 1 pkgs yeast sprinkled on, let work for 5 minutes. Beat in 4 or 5 cups flour – add 2 more cups form soft dough Add ¼ cup oil – knead in bowl until all mixed in. let rise.
Roll in balls, let rise. Bake 20-30 minutes at 400
