2 cups flour
tsp salt
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp soda
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 cup orange juice.
1/2 nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 9 ingredients, then add nuts and cranberries. Put in loaf pan. Bake At 350 for 1 hour.
