1-1/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Corn Starch
1/3 cup Powdered /10X Sugar
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 tsp Grated lemon peel/zest

FROSTING
3/4 cup Powdered/10x Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon peel/zest

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all cookie ingredients into bowl - mix well (2-3 minutes). Divide dough in half and shape each half into 8" x 1" roll. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

Heat oven 350º. Cut each roll into 1/4" slices and bake 8 - 12 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix all Frosting ingredients - beat 1 - 2 minutes. Frost cookies.
