1/2 c. sugar
1 can chunk pineapple
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Dash of garlic salt
Dash onion salt
das of celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs and pour off grease. Add ½ cup sugar, stir around a bit to start browning and carmelizing. Add: 1 can chunk pineapple & juice; ¼ cup soy sauce; ¼ cup vinegar; ¼ cup water; 1 small green pepper, chopped; 1 small onion chopped; Dash of garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt. Cook until tender over low heat at least 1 hour. Keep adding liquid if necessary. Thicken with corn starch and serve over rice. (I always at least double recipe and add more pineapple
