1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

FROSTING:
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple and the juice
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding (or vanilla)
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:

For Cake:
Mix all ingredients; put into a 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 F. for 20-30 minutes or until top springs back.

For Frosting:
Mix the pineapple (with the juice) and pudding mix together. Then fold in Cool Whip.
