2 c. whipping cream
2 egg whites
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted (Nestle chocolate chips work well)
1 oz. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream and egg whites until solid. Slowly add the melted chocolate; and then the rum. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with grated chocolate; cover and refrigerate.

Note: I would suggest that you double the recipe!

The 95th Restaurant in Chicago, which was an ARA fine dining restaurant, shared their recipe with me. My family likes the chocolate mousse topped with whipping cream when served.
