4 Large Pork Chops
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Salt/Pepper
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with garlic powder,salt and pepper-coat each chop in flour mix. Cook in large frying pan until brown on both sides. Move from frying pan-set aside.
In cooking oil combine vinegar, sugar, butter heat to boil.
Return pork chops to pan and simmer for about 15 minutes.
