1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. white corn syrup
4 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
10 slices French bread
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until bubbly. Pour syrup into bottom of greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Arrange bread slices over syrup. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Beat until mixed. Gradually pour over French bread slices. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. When ready to bake, combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over French bread. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until brown and bubble.
