1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. shortening
2 whole eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 c. rice crispies
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts (or more)
3 t. vanilla
1/2 t. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugars. Add eggs. Add remaining ingredients. If dough is too dry, add 2 T. water. Bake at 350º 10-12 minutes.
