2 onions 3 green peppers 4 strips uncooked bacon 1 lb. fresh or #2 can bean sprouts 1/2 tsp. salt 4 whole eggs
Brown onions, peppers and bacon. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Add bacon, peppers and onions. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto a hot oiled grill and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with soy sauce and spinach salad.
