4 beaten eggs 2 c. granulated sugar 1/3 c. lemon juice ¼ cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder
Sift together flour, powdered sugar and cut in margarine until mixture Clings together. Press in a 13”x9”x2” pan. Bake in 350 oven from 15 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Beat eggs together with sugar and lemon juice. Sift together ¼ cup flour and baking powder and stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust & bake at 350 for 25 min. more. When done sprinkle top with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars. (Approximately 30 bars)
