1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. apple or pineapple juice
2 T cider vinegar
2 T soy sauce
3 T honey
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl or jar combine wine, apple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and cornstarch. Add to stir-fry dishes during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
