3 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. fresh chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and fold into greased, paper lined and floured pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees
