1 cup diced artichoke hearts (frozen or canned but not marinated)
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
dash pepper

serve with crackers, tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put artichoke hearts and spinach in a covered, vented microwave bowl and microwave for 4 min.
Stir and cook for another 2-3 min or until artichoke hearts are tender. Heat cream cheese in a small bowl in microwave for 1 min. Add cream cheese to artichoke and spinach and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve warm.
