3 medium summer squash, cut in chunks
1 small onion, sliced
1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped or sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup stuffing mix
1/2 cup water
1 tbl butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350o. In medium saucepan, cook squash, onion and celery in small amount of water until fork tender but still firm.

Drain and add soup, carrot and Swiss cheese. Mix well and put into a greased casserole dish.

Melt butter in small saucepan, add water and stuffing mix. Do not cover casserole. Bake for 30 min. or until topping is brown and casserole is bubbly.
