1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham precooked and in small pieces
6 slices white bread, decrusted and cubed
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
6 eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in a greased 9" X 13" baking dish; refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
