1 Boston Butt
1 T. Black Pepper
½ cup White Vinegar
1 T. Salt
½ cup Red Cider Vinegar
1½ cup Water
2 T. Red Pepper
1 T. Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vinegars, peppers, salt, water and margarine together and bring
to a boil. Put boston butt in crock pot. Pour ½ of sauce over meat
reserving the other ½. Cook on high overnight for 8 hours. Drain off
liquid and shred meat then take the other ½ of sauce. Add onion powder
to it, pour over meat and heat again and serve.
