1 lb. cod fillets
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
2 tbl chopped fresh dill
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the onion, mustard, dill, lemon juice, mayonaise, and salt and pepper to taste.

On a piece of aluminum foil, with the edges rolled up, spread some of the onion mixture. Place the cod on the aluminum foil and spoon the repaining mixture over the fillets.

Cook in a covered grill (or a hot oven) for approximately 10 min. or until fish flakes easily.
