1 c. sugar
1/2 c. paprika
2 T. salt
1 T. pepper
1 T. white pepper
1 T. cayenne pepper
1 T. garlic powder
4 T. onion powder
1 T. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Rub on ribs. Wrap ribs in sarah wrap and let marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.

Cover the bottom rack of a BBQ with foil to catch the drips and prevent flare-ups. BBQ on top rack for 1 hour DO NOT open the lid.
