1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 bag Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 of a 12 oz. pkg chocolate chips


Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9x13 in. baking dish.

Combine German chocolate cake mix, butter, 1/3 c. evaporated milk and pecans. Pour half of this mixture into bottom of pan and bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool slightly. Melt and cool slightly bag of Kraft caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Spread caramel mixture over slightly cooled cake mixture. Spread 3/4 bag of chocolate chips over caramel mixture and top with remaining cake mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes and cool before cutting.
