4 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. granulated fructose
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. chilled butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. Place peaches in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pulse remaining ingredients in food processor until crumbly and pour over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
