2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp.garlic, finely minced
1 - 64 oz. bottle Heinz ketchup
1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup white vinegar
juice of 2-3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in the butter until tender. Add ketchup, sugar, cider vinegar and lemon juice. Pour white vinegar into ketchup bottle to "rinse" any remaining ketchup. Add this to pot. Stir well. Add 1 sliced lemon (seeds removed) to the pot. Simmer sauce for 1 hour on very low heat. Adjust sugar, vinegar, and lemon to taste. Remove lemon slices before serving. Can be stored in the ketchup bottle.
