12 C. applesauce 7 C. sugar 2 small bags cinnamon drops 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients; put in heavy Dutch oven, bring to boil and simmer uncovered until thick and almost jam consistency, about 1 hour. Do not allow to scorch on bottom. Ladle hot into sterilized jars and seal with parrafin.
