20 Ritz Crackers Crushed
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar Divided
3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Small Can Angel Flake Coconut
3 Egg Whites beaten stiff with 1/2 Cup of the Sugar Added
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together minus the egg whites; fold them in and pour into a greased pie pan. Bake at 350º 20 to 25 minutes. Chill. Serve topped with whipped cream.
