Crust:
1 1/2 c of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c sugar
1 stick melted butter (8T)

Filling:
Beat: 1 (8oz) pkg of cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
2 T flour

Glaze:
1 stick butter
6 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
4 t light corn syrup

Preheat oven 350º

Stir all crust ingredients together and press into an 8x8 pan lined with nonstick foil.

For filling, beat all filling ingredients together. Very carefully fold in 8oz of Pillsbury cookie dough rolled into small sized balls.

Pour onto the cool crust and jbake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool completely.

For Glaze:
Melt in the microwave 1 stick butter and choco chips. Stir until smooth and add 4 t light corn syrup. Pour smoothly on bars and chill. Cut with a big knife!
