6 slices bread
5 oz. grated cheese
4 eggs (beaten)
2-1/2 c. skim milk
6 oz. tuna (salmon, crab or other)
1 T onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread, cheese and fish in baking dish. Mix together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over bread. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
