1 c. plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
1/4 c. chives or green onions, finely chopped
1 T lemon juice
1 T tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yogurt, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, tarragon, vinegar and salt and blend well, using a blender or a whisk. Serve cold as a low calorie dip. Good with chilled artichokes.
