1 5 ounce can evaporated milk
1/4 c. apple-cider vinegar
2 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonaise
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 stalk celery, diced

Directions:

Stir together milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper and mayonaise. Pour over cabbage, carrot and celery and mix. Chill
