1 (18 oz.) roll Pillsbury Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. miniature marshmallows
10 caramels, unwrapped
1 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. M&M’s

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. Crumble cookie dough into medium bowl. Stir in oats. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of sprayed pan. Bake at 350º F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle marshmallows over warm crust. Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine caramels and milk. Cook over low heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Drizzle melted caramels evenly over warm bars. Sprinkle M&M’s over top. Cool 1 hour. With hot, wet knife, cut into bars.
