1-1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 beaten eggs
1-1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1-1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried, crushed thyme
3 oz. pepperjack or cheddar cheese (cut into 12 - 1/2" cubes)
1/3 c. bottled taco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the beaten eggs, bread crumbs, milk, onion powder, thyme, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Add hamburger and mix thoroughly. Wrap one portion of meat around each cheese cube, making a ball. Place one meatball in each of 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Spoon off fat. Spoon on taco sauce and bake for 5 minutes more.
