2 Tbsp. butter Worcestershire sauce
2 c. onion (sliced paper thin)
4 1/2 c. beef boullion salt and pepper
French bread
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pot and add onions, saute about 10 minutes or until they are soft and lightly browned.
Add boullion and bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, and worcestershire sauce, to taste. Pour into oven safe, earthenware bowls, top with a slice of toasted French bread and mozzarella cheese. Place in oven (350) till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
