6 Tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cornmeal
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
One 9", deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter with sugar, flour and cornmeal.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add buttermilk and vanilla, mix well.

Pour into the deep dish pie shell and bake at 350º for 45 - 50 minutes or until center is set.
