5 or 6 c. sliced apples 2 T lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. oatmeal 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. brown sugar
Put apples in 8" square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Mix flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar together. Melt 1/2 c. butter and pour over flour mix. Mix with your hand and sprinkle over the top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Good with Vanilla ice cream. Bake at the same time as meatloaf and you have supper ready.
