1lb pasta of choice 4 sprigs of basil
1 lg onion 4 sprigs parsley
2 cloves garlic salt and pepper
2 lg cans crushed tomatoes 2 T grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain. Dice onion, garlic and fry in olive oil. When slightly brown put in tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking 1 hour. At the end of cooking, add the grated cheese. Top the pasta with sauce.
