1-1-1/2 lbs. Flank steak- tenderize twice
Flour to dip in after marinating
3 - 4 eggs beaten
Marinade
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
Thumb size ginger (peeled)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flank steak into 3 parts. Mince ginger and garlic in blender. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt for marinade. Blend. Be sure to have butcher put the flank steak through the tenderizer twice. Then marinate for 15-20 minutes. Flip halfway. Roll steak in flour. Dip in beaten egg. Fry in 1/2 inch oil in skillet. Brown one side. Turn and brown the other side. Let cool a bit and cut cross grain.
