1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. gourmet vinegar
thumb size piece of ginger
1/2 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Peel ginger and shred (put in blender) and mince. Add onion and mince. Add soy sauce and vinegar. Blend.

Good as salad dressing or on steak or seafood.
