1 Bag Baby Spinach
1 pint Strawberries - Sliced
1 or 2 avocadoes
1 pkg. Sliced Almonds
1/3 c. sugar
Dressing
2/3 c. canola oil
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 clove garlic-minced
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put almonds in skillet with 1/3 c.sugar on Medium heat. Melt the sugar and coat the almonds until brown. Put spinach, strawberries, avocadoes and almonds in large salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over the greens just before serving or serve dressing on the side.
