1 pound beef top sirloin or rib eye (thinly sliced)
2 Tbs garlic (minced) (tablespoons)
2 Tbs green onions (chopped)
2 Tbs pear or kiwi (peeled and minced)
4 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs white sugar
1 Tbs sesame oil
pinch ground black pepper
1 Tbs rice wine (sake) or mirin
1 Tbs sesame seeds
as much as you want onions and mushrooms (sliced)
All of the ingredients from garlic to onions and mushrooms make up the marinade

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare beef, thinly sliced
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients
3. Add the sliced beef and mix well
4. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight
5. Grill or pan-fry it with a little vegetable oil until well done and caramelized on the outside
6. If you want put sliced onion and mushrooms with beef and stir-fry
7. Serve with rice and fresh lettuce leaves - Simple and delicious

Tip 1. If you have a kiwi or pear you can put it in the mixed ingredients. The kiwi or pear work as a tenderizer.

Tip 2. You can also freeze the uncooked marinated beef for later use. Defrost and pan-fry it.

Tip 3. If you can ask the butcher at the meat counter to slice for you in very thin strips.
