Ingredients:  
1 can Fruit Cocktail
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit cocktail. Beat juice with eggs, vanilla. Mix together flour, salt, soda and sugar. Stir into egg mixture. Then add fruit cocktail. Add nuts if desired.
Bake in 9x13 " pan (greased) at 350 degrees for 45 or 50 minutes.
