2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts

Frosting
1 pkg (3oz) cream cheese
1T butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, butter and sugar. Mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, and salt. Mix with sugar and butter mixture.Add apples and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes in 9x13" cake pan.
Mix frosting ingredients together and spread on cake.

In place of 2 c. flour, you can use 1-1/2 flour and 1 c. all bran buds.
